Your system will return to it automatically.

There was a point where I realized:

I didn’t need more strategy.

I needed to change what was running underneath everything.

Because what I thought was “just how I am”…

Was actually conditioning.

Emotional imprints.

Repeated states.

Automatic responses.

So instead of trying to force change from the surface…

I went deeper.

And that’s where everything shifted.
